Returns and Refunds Policy

At Katrien Adventures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products cannot be returned. Please check product descriptions for return eligibility before making a purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
